Final Cut
A small collection of artistic examples made during the critical design course spring 14’. This project is about offering a bit of a humoristic and ironical pattern cutting solution to the quickly growing problem of over consumption and textile waste – garments from just one layer of fabric, only becoming 3 dimensional when interweaving with the human body. This way it would be possible to consume less resourses but still maintain the perceprion of everyday garments. Right? Sustainable idea from another point of view, I’d say!
